PV Module Cleaner

For solar panels to run on high efficiency, it is of absolute necessary to keep those surfaces clean. Protective glass coatings on solar modules get covered with contaminants such as pollution, dust, grime, pollen and bird droppings, which obstruct sunlight, resulting in significant reduction of power production. Many factors affect the output of these panels, cleaning is the easiest solution. While simple spraying of water is good enough for solar panel cleaning to clean the dust, the water used needs to be demineralized, viz., free from salts, otherwise it leaves behind a white film of salts (scaling).
