PCM Sub Zero

This range of PCMs incorporates solutions of various blends that condense below 0°C. PCM Products provide a wide range of solutions, freezing and melting at temperatures between -2°C to -62°C. The solutions are formulated in order to minimize super cooling, and where necessary may contain other additives such as corrosion inhibitors and microbiocides. This ensures long term reproducible freeze and melt cycles throughout the PCMs' usage. PMC Eutectic Salts and Solutions are ideal products designed for thermal energy storage system. PMC functions in storage and release of thermal energy during melting and freezing process i.e. when they are changing from one phase to the other. When PMC freezes it releases large amount of energy in the form of latent heat of fusion or energy crystallization.

Key Features and Benefits

Handling Measures
and Precautions

Proper human safety products such as splash goggles, lab coat, NIOSH approved gloves and boots should be worn while handling and applying chemicals. Splashes on the skin should be washed off with water immediately. In case of splashing into the eyes, flush them with fresh water and obtain medical attention. Should not be injected.

Storage

Should be stored in original vented containers, away from heat, direct sunlight and combustibles. Store in a cool and dry place. Please refer label and SDS for details.
