When will I receive my order?
Once you've checked out on our website and your payment is confirmed we will dispatch your order within 24 hours via our delivery partners (this varies as per the shipping address provided during checkout). Any order within India should not take more than 7-10 working days to deliver depending on the location.
Please note: Since we partner with logistics providers, there might be cases where orders are delayed due to (unforeseen circumstances situations i.e. service delay due to the situation at large in your area of delivery). In such cases, we will provide a reference number for order tracking so that the customer can also get in touch with the logistics provider.

How do I change the delivery info (address to which I want products delivered)?
You cannot change the shipping address once an order is confirmed. This might only be possible to change if the order has not been shipped. Please contact us on +91 98301 28797 if you need to change your address.
How much are the delivery charges?
Delivery charged will be displayed during checkout.
Do you deliver in my area?
You will be able to check this detail at the time of checkout when you enter the address. If we are unable to deliver in your area - you will not be able to checkout.
Will someone inform me if my order delivery gets delayed?
In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.
Can I return any purchased products?
Once a product has been shipped it cannot be returned.
Can I request a refund?
No refunds are possible once payment has been made. If due to some reason the customer is not satisfied with the quality of the product - we will issue a credit note/coupon for the value of the return products which will be credited to your account on the Site. This can be used to pay your subsequent shopping bills.
